About Position:
The MT KAM will be leading the expansion of MT outlets in a defined geography. To be successful in this role you need to show loads of initiative and a drive thereby producing outstanding work culture.
Responsibilities
- Managing healthy and active relationships with the Key Customers to achieve the product mix and revenue KPIs
- Plan, execute and review campaigns on cost, effectiveness and collaborate with Product and Marketing functions to achieve planned outcomes with unit economics
- Drive consistent shopper experience for our brands across retailers through continued tracking and improvement of store level programs
- Achieving the Quota on revenue, product mix, distribution width and depth and sales forecasting
- Development of territory level MT network (excluding named national accounts)
- Reporting of market intelligence and feedback to Business Head
- Implementation, monitoring and reporting of various schemes and sales initiatives that may be launched from time to time
- Improving CSAT and institutionalise process improvements including technology adoption for consistent and benchmarked performance
- Ensuring a safe and healthy working environment while complying with the standards as may be defined by various regulatory bodies
- Produce reporting metrics that are accurate and reliable on a timely manner
- Manage all elements of internal and external compliance reporting and projections.
Requirement and Skills
· MBA with relevant FMCG distribution experience in designated geography
- Ability to strategize and solve problems
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
