Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Global Sales Manager for a Senior-level position located in Bangalore. This full-time role requires 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will lead sales strategies and initiatives to drive global growth and expand Twixor's innovative IT solutions into new markets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record in sales management with at least 7 years of experience in a global sales environment, particularly in the IT services and SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and manage complex contracts effectively across international markets.
  • Demonstrated team leadership abilities, capable of motivating and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
  • In-depth market analysis skills to identify new opportunities and understand global market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong customer relationship management expertise, fostering long-term relationships with high-profile clients to enhance business growth.
  • Extensive experience in SaaS IT product sales with a focus on messaging platforms, ensuring alignment with customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in B2B sales, focusing on complex sales cycles and client acquisition strategies tailored to large enterprises.
  • Expertise in IT product global sales, with an understanding of the regulatory and competitive landscapes across different regions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve Twixor's sales targets globally, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by evaluating market trends and customer needs to expand Twixor's presence.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that meet the evolving demands of global markets.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals and forecasts to senior management, underpinning strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the negotiation and completion of sales contracts, ensuring terms align with company objectives and client expectations.
  • Represent Twixor at industry events and conferences to enhance brand recognition and network with potential clients and partners.
