Global Enterprise Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Director to join our dynamic Marketing Technology practice at Hashout Technologies.
This role will play a pivotal part in expanding our business in India by driving new licensing and consulting opportunities while nurturing and growing existing enterprise accounts.
The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of B2B sales expertise and solution consulting skills to identify opportunities and recommend innovative digital solutions, leveraging the Adobe Marketing Stack and our bespoke service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market trends and competition to create and refine a detailed sales plan in response to evolving market dynamics.
- Developing a cohesive outreach strategy by leveraging existing contacts, outreach channels, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate high-quality opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Identifying business challenges and providing strategic insights and recommendations, positioning Adobe's products as the solutions of choice.
- Bldng a deep understanding of customers' business operations and priorities to ensure relevant and impactful solutions.
- Collaborating with internal solution consultants and Adobe partner management teams to create compelling pitch decks, proposals, business cases, and budget estimates.
- Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Establishing alliances and partnerships with Adobe Account Executives and other OEMs to position Hashout's Adobe expertise as a complementary service.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in agency or OEM sales within the Digital/Marketing Technology domain.
- A proven track record of leading sales strategies and consistently achieving targets.
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, with strong discipline in maintaining detailed account and sales activity records.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience with the Adobe Experience Cloud stack or similar product.
Salary Estimate: ₹18,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
