  • Build and maintainstrong longlasting customer relationships
  • Actas the main point of contact for clients and address theirinquiries and concerns promptly
  • Develop andexecute strategies to enhance customer experience andsatisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales andmarketing teams to identify opportunities for business growthwithin the customer base
  • Monitor customeraccounts and conduct regular performancereviews
  • Handle customer complaints and resolveissues to ensure customer retention
  • Preparereports on account status sales targets and customerfeedback
  • Proactively reach out to customers togather feedback and provide support
  • Upsellproducts and services to existing clients to maximizerevenue
  • Stay updated on industry trends andbest practices in customer relationshipmanagement
Requiredqualifications
  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or a relatedfield
  • Proven experience in customerrelationship management or a similarrole
  • Strong understanding of customer serviceprinciples and practices
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
  • Abilityto effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritizetasks
  • Demonstrated success in meeting salestargets and KPIs
  • Proficiency in CRM softwareand MS Office particularly Excel
  • Solidnegotiation and problemsolvingabilities
  • Analytical mindset with the abilityto interpret data and make datadrivendecisions
  • Highly organized anddetailoriented
  • Ability to work well underpressure and adapt to changes in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Proactive and resultsdrivenapproach to customer relationshipmanagement
  • Relevant certifications in customerservice or sales is aplus
