Overview The Customer Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in fostering positive relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This position is vital to the organizations success as it directly impacts customer retention loyalty and overall business growth. Key responsibilities

Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationshipsAct as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptlyDevelop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfactionCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth within the customer baseMonitor customer accounts and conduct regular performance reviewsHandle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer retentionPrepare reports on account status sales targets and customer feedbackProactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and provide supportUpsell products and services to existing clients to maximize revenueStay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship managementRequired qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related fieldProven experience in customer relationship management or a similar roleStrong understanding of customer service principles and practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasksDemonstrated success in meeting sales targets and KPIsProficiency in CRM software and MS Office particularly ExcelSolid negotiation and problemsolving abilitiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisionsHighly organized and detailorientedAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in a fastpaced environmentProactive and resultsdriven approach to customer relationship managementRelevant certifications in customer service or sales is a plus
