We are looking for a motivated and diligent Customer Relationship Manager to join our E-commerce marketing team.
To be successful as a CRM, you should be able to build relationships with online clients, understand client needs and strategise for them. The candidate should be competitive and an innovative thinker.
Responsibilities :
● Manage abandoned cart queries that we receive on our e-commerce platform.
● Understanding online client requirements and showcase products to convert sales.
● Timely communication to clients by Whatsapp, telephone or email conversation with a
focus on customer service, relationship building and sale conversions via the website.
● Call existing online customers and close the issues, if any, in coordination with the sales
team.
● Collecting customer requirements and user feedback to share with the team.
● Develop a personalized communication strategy for our online clients to ensure they have a
seamless experience right from order query to placing the order and order being delivered
to the client.
● Evaluate digital journeys across channels in order to improve conversion.
● The candidate will be working closely with our production team to ensure online orders
are produced and delivered in a timely manner.  Requirements :
● Preferred 3-5 years’ experience in fashion CRM.
● Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
● Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills.
● Strong listening and sales skills.
● Ability and orientation to drive higher business for the brand.
