Senior Regional Sales Manager

- Leadingteam of ASMs / TSMs in the assigned Region to plan review guidehandhold to achieve business goals.
- Identifyplan and develop new customers in line with business developmentplans/targets.
- Provide appropriate and agreedlevels of contact service and support to ensure sales targets aremet.
- Monitor sales against agreed targets on aregular basis to ensure they are met and where necessary the needfor remedial actions are identified reported andimplemented.
- Plans own visit schedule in linewith agreed customer service levels for that customersegment.
- Collects reports and analyzes thecustomer feedback / information on present as well as future markettrends in the context of possible further marketpenetration.
- Identifies targets and implementsthe approved sales strategies in the assignedmarketplace.
- Plans executes and reports on thesales activities in the assigned salesarea.
- Has expert knowledge on the features andbenefits of availableproducts/services.

- Build and implement the necessaryaction plans to increase the professionalism of the customer sbusiness.
- Manage the flow of communicationbetween Goodyear staff (field andregion/central)
- Monitoring and productivityoptimization of the team
- Facilitationassessment and training of theteam
