Overview:
Our client is a top dry bulk shipping owner/operator company globally.
We are seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to develop, lead, and execute our client's commercial strategy in the region. This role involves delivering the commercial plan to meet business objectives, ensuring alignment of the regional agency network with the overall strategy, and effective performance management of third-party agencies. Additionally, the position entails comprehensive strategic account management of the client's customers in the region and serving as the main escalation point for regional customers, representing the client's brand commercially.
Requirement:
- 10+ years in senior management
- Shipping industry experience
- Regional/international exposure
- Strong marketing knowledge
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Salary: INR 3,000,000 - INR 4,000,000
