**Job Title: IT SupportSpecialist**

**JobDescription:**
Ourclient a leading organization based in Doha is seeking anexperienced and dynamic IT Support Specialist to join their team.The ideal candidate should be an immediate joiner with a strongbackground in IT support and asset management. The role involvesproviding technical assistance and support to endusers while alsomanaging IT assets efficiently. If you have a passion for resolvingtechnical issues ensuring smooth IT operations and possessexcellent communication skills we want to hear fromyou.
**KeyResponsibilities:**
1.**Enduser Support:** Provide firstleveltechnical support to endusers via phone email andinperson. Diagnose and resolve hardwaresoftware and network issues in a timelymanner. Assist users with ITrelated problemsand provide stepbystepguidance.
2.**IT Asset Management:** Maintain accuraterecords of IT assets including hardware and softwareinventory. Track and manage the lifecycle ofIT assets from procurement to disposal.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with asset managementpolicies.
3.**Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:**Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issuespromptly. Collaborate with other IT teammembers to escalate and resolve complexproblems. Document troubleshooting steps andresolutions for futurereference.
4.**Software Installation and Configuration:**Install configure and update software applications based on userrequirements. Ensure all softwareinstallations adhere to licensing agreements and organizationalpolicies.
5.**Security and Compliance:** Implement andenforce IT security policies to safeguard sensitiveinformation. Stay updated on security trendsand proactively address potentialvulnerabilities.
6.**User Training:** Conduct training sessionsfor endusers on IT best practices and effective use oftechnology.
7.**Collaboration and Communication:**Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to improveoverall IT efficiency. Communicateeffectively with endusers providing clear and conciseinstructions.
**QualificationsandSkills:**
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a relatedfield. Proven experience in IT support andasset management. Strong knowledge ofWindows and Mac operating systems.Familiarity with ITIL practices andprinciples. Excellent troubleshooting andproblemsolving skills. Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills. ITcertifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified ITProfessional (MCITP) or equivalent will be aplus.
