Main purpose of role:
To manage& monitor all activities of Local IT Mumbai team Tomaintain Desktops laptops
iphone s ipads VC units& other IT assets and ensure seamless operational ITsupport. Telephony
Configuration &commissioning. Maintaining Inventory of assets. Coordinating withVendors for
Procurement Repairs & maintenance ofIT Assets. To ensure seamless support to global ITIssues
and requests to enrich end user ITexperience.
Key responsibilities (In Points):
Ensuring of all laptops with the latest version of security patcheswith Security compliance.
Setting up new VC units as perprocedures defined.
Check all VC units Connect Screens& Printers on daily basis for its properfunctionality.
Ensuring smooth functioning of VCs andtimely Townhall setups and Event setups.
Ensure callslogged by IT Helpdesk are accepted no longer than 30 min &resolved as per
procedures set within SLAs fortroubleshooting/ new installations.
Ensure to solve Dayto day PC/MAC problem troubleshooting.
Liasioning withvendors for resolution of system related queries and problems incase of
escalations.
Ensure that supportprovided by Vendors is as per agreed SLA's
RicohMFP troubleshooting and basic maintenance and vendor coordinationfor any
requirements related to Printer.
Basic Network and Access related troubleshooting.
NewJoiner / Travelers system and Telecom setup.
New JoinersID Creations Email creations corporate numbers updating in outlookand
Onboarding in Intune AD.
Laptopconfiguration/Format using Intune.
Mobile/iPadconfiguration/wipe using Intune.
Ensuring corporatelaptops mobiles and iPads are wiped out for leavers as well asany
replacements of devices.
Working onIntune as per security policies set by company.
Patchingendpoints as per requirements set by company with the help ofvendor.
Ensuring standardized softwares are installed onend users systems.
Installation &troubleshooting of inhouse and thirdparty software.
Polycom & Local Landline setup andtroubleshooting. Page 2 of 3 VC/Teleconference/Web Conference/Net meeting Setup andtroubleshooting.
Video Conference Training for newjoiners
Maintaining IT Assets inventory with uptodateallotment forms
Maintaining IT stock Room withaccessories list every month.
Maintaining health checkupfor laptop half yearly.
Ensure all projects assigned arecompleted in the specified time.
Work for issuesresolutions in sync with cloud team/software team.
Responsible for user creation & deletion in Qudo portal forPolycom extensions
configuring.
Folderdeletion from Ricoh scan server and user ID deletion fromprinter
