JobDescription The ChatbotDeveloper will progress the development and support of the Leena AIChatbot platform to create solutions that better serve the businessand ultimately the Customer. The role is expected to participate inall areas of the Chatbot team working with other team members toidentify challenges research solutions propose approaches fordiscussion conduct predefined pilots and support solutions throughto implementation across the Chatbot platform. This also includesaiding the NLP team to ensure the translation and parsing of clientknowledge is happening correctly in our system to ensure accuracyof Chatbot responses for theusers.
Responsibilities

• Build& design conversational chatbots in enterprise domain usingLeena AI tool.
• Verifyand correct system generated conversational data from enterpriseknowledge base basis which responses are generated to userqueries.
• Assist NLPteam to verify translation of Arabic knowledge to English andaccuracy of responses generated by Chatbot to user queries inArabiclanguage.
• Support QAteam to test and teach the system in iterative fashion byidentifying incorrect responses to test queries and providing theappropriate responses to userqueries.
• Understandthe business logic and translate into conversationalflows.
• Continuouslyimprove the user experience by understanding the user chatbehavior.
• Deliver theprojects on time by working with internal teammembers.
• Analysis ofChatbotDevelopment.

Requirements Adequate verbal and written communication skills in English as wellas Arabic language. Ability to articulatesolutions in simple & clearlanguage. Proficiency in utilizing MicrosoftExcel and Word Google Sheets. Should possessstrong logical thinking abilities to design and construct effectiveconversational flows ensuring a seamless and intuitive userexperience within the chatbot interactions.Required to work in the MEA shift as part of their jobresponsibilities ensuring seamless collaboration and timely supportwith our global teams and clients.Experience in building Chatbots using publicly available botplatforms like Dialogflow Microsoft Bot Framework RASAetc. Should be proficient in utilizing toolslike Postman to streamline the testing and debugging processensuring smooth API integration and efficient development of robustbot solutions. Should possess a strongunderstanding and practical knowledge of REST API integrationenabling them to effectively integrate bots with various externalsystems and platforms. Experience indeploying bots on diverse communication channels such as MicrosoftTeams Slack and other platforms is highly desirable and will beconsidered a valuable asset. Knowledge offundamentals of Natural Language processing is a plus Outoftheboxthinking.
