Proactively research and identify potential leads through various sources such as online directories, social media, industry events, and lead databases.2. Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects and engage them in conversations to understand their needs, introduce company products/services, and qualify leads for the sales team.3. Qualification and Evaluation: Conduct thorough needs analysis and gather relevant information to assess the prospect's potential as a qualified lead. Determine their level of interest, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.4. Relationship Building: Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospects, establishing trust and credibility. Use effective sales techniques to nurture relationships and generate interest in the company's offerings.5. Lead Nurturing: Follow up with qualified leads through regular phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Provide relevant information, address inquiries, and position the company as a trusted solution provider.6. Database Management: Document and update all lead interactions, details, and status in the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.7. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing relevant lead information and transitioning qualified leads for further sales processes.8. Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed individual lead generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly track and report progress to the sales manager, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to enhance product knowledge and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:- Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Sales Tele caller, or similar role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone presence.- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.- Persistence and resilience in handling objections, rejections, and high call volumes.- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and performance metrics.- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other sales tools.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
