safety measures are completed on time by all members of the teamincluding self

Compliance to companys qualitystandards at all times
Hold self and their teamsaccountable for the achievement of safety goals
Governand Review safety metrics from time to time

Core Purpose of theRole:
RoleAccountabilities:


Design and execution knowledge of HVAC Mechanical utilities andinfrastructure coordination drawings
Conceptualizationand preparation of Layouts for biologics facility injectablefacility laboratories design for pharmaceutical process
Design and execution understanding on brownfield project expansionincluding detailing GAP analysis understanding and preparation ofproposal including conceptual layouts scope document budgetestimate and timeliness.
Planning Execution Monitoringand controlling of Dayto Day project activates in Projects andengg.
Maintain a schedule & tracking of allongoing projects. Preparing scheduling coordinating and monitoringthe assigned engineering projects
Perform overallquality control of the work (budget schedule plans personnelsperformance) and report regularly on project status
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager andother project participants to aid technical support
Collaborates with project staff to create a strategic action planand cost estimates of materials time labor and other resourcesrequired to complete the project.
Collaborates withdesign group to change plans if problems arise.
Weekly& monthly progress reports preparations & followupsfrom all project sites on daily basis.
Support preparingproject proposal which includes detailed project design cost andtimelines for all new projects.
Follow up with fieldcoordinators and vendors and ensure the tasks are completed asplanned.
Coordination with Consultants forGFCs.
Identification and making standards as per currentmechanical codes and standards.
Communicate with vendorsrelated to material dispatch and project documentation
Creation of Concept notes URS/ drawings etc. for new projects andbeing approved through relevant CFT.
Initiation of CERsfor approved project raising PRs follow up for POs etc.
Involving in review and execution of utility and facility DQ FATSAT and IQ OQ.

Follow up with project relatedvendors and monitoring work relating to
Mechanical HVACClean rooms Electrical IT paneling Utilities etc.
Understanding reviewing changes to the drawing related toMechanical works
HVAC Clean utilities Plant UtilitiesLayouts etc.
Execution of facility and equipmentcommissioning and qualification of Compliance.
Jobanalysis Preparation/Review issuing field clearance asrequired.
Ensuring Housekeeping at projectsite.
Collaborating with Engineering cross functionalfor carry out field duties.
Ensuring Training complianceto staff as well as contractors/vendors.
Ensuringfacility and equipment commissioning and qualification ofCompliance in collaboration with the Quality department.
Adhering to the companys established processes and rules andensuring that the team does as well.
Compliance withSOPs cGMP and EHSS standards.
Updating on day to dayactivates and subsequent plan with reportingmanager.
