Role Head of Concierge

Must have experience in Concierge services for Bankingindustry.

The Head of Concierge will be responsible for overseeingthe entire concierge business unit driving

growth through new and existing accounts managingpartnerships and ensuring operational

excellence. The role requires strategic leadershipbusiness development expertise and strong

financial acumen to ensure the business achieves itsrevenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and Run the Business Unit

Takefull ownership of the concierge business overseeing all aspects ofits operation from

strategy toexecution.

Lead the business with a focus ondelivering exceptional customer experiences while

achieving financial targets.

Ensurealignment with the company’s overall goals and contributeto its growth and success.

2. Increase ConciergeBusiness by Acquiring New Accounts

Drivebusiness development efforts to identify and onboard new clientsfocusing on sectors

where concierge services canadd significant value.

Develop and implementstrategies to expand the business into new markets andindustries.

Build relationships with keydecisionmakers in target organizations to securehighvalue

contracts.

3. Farmand Grow Existing Accounts

Manage and nurturerelationships with current clients to ensure longterm satisfactionand

retention.

Identifyopportunities for expanding services within existing accountsincreasing revenue by

offering valueaddedservices.

Actively engage with clients tounderstand their evolving needs and tailor conciergeofferings

accordingly.

4.P&L Management

Oversee the Profit& Loss (P&L) of the concierge business ensuringrevenue growth while

controllingcosts.

Monitor financial performance identifyareas for improvement and adjust strategies to meet

profitability goals.

Ensure alloperations are costefficient without compromising servicequality.

5. Sign Up Alliances andPartnerships

Develop strategic partnerships andalliances that can drive growth for the concierge

business.

Identify and negotiate withvendors and external partners to enhance serviceofferings

securing exclusive deals and benefitsfor clients.

Leverage partnerships to create newrevenue streams and improve customer satisfaction.

6. Manage Operations Team

Lead andmanage the concierge operations team ensuring they deliverhighquality

personalized services toclients.

Ensure the team is welltrained andequipped to handle client requests efficiently and

professionally.

Set clear goals KPIsand performance metrics and ensure the team meetsservicelevel

agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in businessHospitality or a related field; MBA or equivalent

preferred.

Experience: 12 years ofexperience in a leadership role within concierge servicesluxury

services or a customercentric industrywith a proven track record of growing business units.

Skills: Strong business development and sales skillsexcellent relationship management

financialacumen with P&L management and leadership in managingoperational teams.

Client Focus:A deep understanding of client needs and the ability to createpersonalized

solutions.
