Role : Offline Sales Head - Bicycles
We are looking for an Offline Sales Head who can implement the organization's strategy for building a customer loved brand in the Offline Channel. A good understanding of the channel, experience operating in the channel and demonstrated success is a must. Cult.Sport is looking for someone who can develop forecasts and strategies to achieve sales at price levels to ensure profitability. Who actively seeks out major customers and forms good relationships with key influencers and buyers. Keeping himself/herself abreast of industry trends, market and competitors' activities, and serves as a business representative at major industry events, conferences or trade shows. Is a team leader that is able to motivate and ensure a highly effective team of sales managers.
Key Responsibilities
● Has established relationship with the Retail Industry and has established the retail and distribution network for a Cycles Brand
● Has build outstanding reputation in the cycles industry by virtue of product, customer and network understanding
● Has used data on primary sales and secondary sales and used it to effectively manage P&L
● Manage a team of focused Sales Folks to drive the revenue numbers month on month
● Able to create KRA’s and develop audit mechanisms and processes so that the team can achieve the goals. Also
● Work extensively with multiple internal stakeholders - Finance, Legal, growth, Marketing & Product/Tech
Requirement
● Excellent Business development and Team management skills
● Must be familiar with BD process across companies and procurement functions
● Proven ability to effectively manage members, create impact with varied team
● Must be result-oriented and analytical, should be able to talk numbers with deep insights
● Must possess an entrepreneurial disposition and take ownership
● Outstanding Interpersonal skills with a confident, pleasant, and friendly attitude are key
● Ready to travel when the need arises and pursue extensive external
