The role will be responsible fordeveloping and implementing strategies for the RelationshipManagementChannel.
The role bearer will be responsible for collaboration with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth and ensure delivery ofsuperior clientexperience.
The role bearer must develop forecasts financial objectives andbusiness plans contributing to the larger RM channelobjectives.
KeyResponsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen the RM channelaligning with overallobjectives.
Manage budget and allocate budget appropriately among RMchannel.
Responsible for filling RM channel manpower gap in GB branches(coordination with Zonal Head &HO).
Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions thatmeet challenges and leverage growthopportunities.
Analyse market trends competitor activities and customer feedbackto identify opportunities for improvement andgrowth.
Managing customer centric operations & ensuring customersatisfaction by achieving delivery & service qualitynorms.
Evaluate the growth strategy based on competitor analysis andfeedback from differentchannels/customers.
Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiencyand quality across the branchnetwork.
Enable RM channel to drive growth targets by providing necessarysupport.
Ensuring RM channel profitability as per businessplan.
EducationalQualifications & Certifications:
UG: Any Graduate AnySpecialization
PG: Any Postgraduate AnySpecialization
RelevantJob Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in managing channel or customerexperience.
Skills& Competencies:
Excellent communication and listeningskills.
Good InterpersonalSkills.
Confidence and Presentationskills.
Ability to analyse and researchinformation.
