About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Business Development Manager for our High Net worth (HNI) customer segment. In this role, you will be responsible for deepening and expanding relationships with existing Privy League customers of Kotak Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can sell Equity based investment products to our Privy customer base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing business strategies to maximize revenue generation and achieve sales targets;
  • Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they trade actively;
  • Servicing and generating references from partner Privy Bank customer base;
  • Working closely with the Bank team to ensure all clients acquired from the assigned area trade actively.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a graduate or postgraduate degree with a minimum 1-4 years of selling experience. You should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be a self-starter, proactive, and target-oriented. Strong networking and relationship-building skills are essential, and having good existing client relationships in the market would be beneficial.
