We are looking for Area Sales Managers (Retail EV Finance) for Bihar, Assam, Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh with existing experience of a minimum of 5 years in Banking/NBFC(s) preferred with 2W/3W and PL/CD finance segment. 


What you will be doing


  • Led a geographically dispersed team of Branch managers and sales executives across multiple cities.
  • Identify sales growth opportunities and improve team performance.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to drive business partnerships.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new initiatives to achieve sales goals and ensure long-term success 


Your Skills and experience


  • Minimum 5 years of sales (retail finance) experience in the banking or non-banking financial sector (Bank/NBFC).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing & and leading teams of more than 20+ people at various levels.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, monitor, and track the team’s performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute growth plans to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address sales-related challenges and drive results.
