TASC& Institutional Business vertical is a part of RetailLiabilities division of our Consumer Bank segment. It is Kotak sdedicated Sales/Relationship Channel for customer segments likeTrusts Societies Educational bodies Associations Embassy/Diplomatic Missions Govt. Departments/ PSUsetc.
KeyFunctions &Responsibilities:
- TASCBusiness segment comprises of Not for Profit Making BusinessEntities (other than Govt Departments Central State or LocalBodies) registered as Trusts Societies Sec 25/Sec 8 CompaniesCooperativeSocieties
- TASCBusiness Segment is further categorises into various Business SubSegments which is a very large Universe for a TASC RM to work onAcquisition. The various Sub Segments are Education (Pre SchoolsPrimary Schools Elementary Schools Secondary Schools HigherSecondary Schools Colleges Universities Technology &Management Institutes Professional & Technical InstitutesCoaching Institutes Training Institutes Examination Boards etc)FCRA entities (those who have received permission from Ministry ofHome Affairs to receive Foreign Donation) Cooperative Societies(Housing Marketing & Credit Coop Societies) Hospitals Clubs(Professional Business City Sports Lifestyle Clubs) NGOs &Foundations Associations (Market Trade Professional Industry SportsAssociations) Research Bodies Religious Institutions (TemplesGurudwaras Mosques Churches) Primary Agricultural Societies CSR& Retirals (PF Trusts Gratuity Trusts SuperannuationTrusts)
Role:
- Acquisition& servicing of Govt. clients in the field of MunicipalCorporations State Government Departments Central GovernmentDepartments Govt. PF Trusts Embassies Gram Panchayats Govt. Boards& Development Authorities Defence Autonomous Bodiesetc.
- Wouldbe responsible for handling transaction & bankingbusinesses like Payments Collections Fixed Deposits FX ElectronicTransfers Online Payment Gateway Asset business & otherbanking & financial products to the Govt.clients
- Createa rapport with the top management of all theclientele
- Deepeningof existing clients and increaseCASA
- Generateleads and Work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuringefficient service toclients
Requirements
- Shouldhave an eye for acquiring High Valuerelationships
- Shouldpossess Negotiation Skills and requisite skill sets in makingpresentations to Senior Management for sealingDeals
- Createa rapport with the top management of all theclientele
- Goodcommunication and presentation skills negotiation skills withability to interact with people at various levels of theorganization and outside environment strong sales and relationshipmanagementskills.
- Relevantwork experience of 5 yrs andabove
- Needsto have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versedwith the products processes and systems of the bank. Needs to beapproachable and should have the ability to guide and be the firstpoint of contact for theemployees.
- Accuracyand analytical ability onMIS
- Ableto manage and drive various Learningevents
- Eyefor detailsMeticulous
- Govtbusiness only candidate who have a Book of 40 to 100 CR CASA GovtBusiness and take care of 10 Branches.
- NotRequired Retails Person Who doesn t have any Experience in GOVTBusiness
