RequirementsWhatYoull Do

• • End toend ownership of crossfunctional projects including scopedefinition roadmap planning resource planning and project executionfor Multiple Products
    
  • Work closelywith business and other Engineering Stakeholders to define theproduct and provide updates on the program.
    
  • Handson in driving the delivery ofcritical business initiatives managing all aspects of the projectsuch as project planning requirements definition risk managementcommunication implementation.
    
  • Identify innovative solutions toproject deadlocks and resolving issues and constraints throughconsensus and sound judgment.
    
  • Managing Multiple Stakeholderscross team Cross Project Implementation and Customer Deliverables.
    
  • STDM will be responsible for makingdelivery decisions achieving tactical goals while retaining astrategic focus
    
  • Guiding in allphases of the projects such as Requirements gathering ScopingPlanning Influencing Development QA Bug fix deployment and metricstracking.
    
  • Should Participate driveand deliver using the Agile Scrum software development methodology
