pbAbout the Role/b/ppIn this role, you will oversee the delivery of IT projects, ensuring seamless collaboration with business users, other departments, and suppliers. Your key responsibility will be to provide a clear vision for the product, encompassing solutions developed in-house, acquired packages, and IT application support./ppbKey Responsibilities/b/pulliManage two or more Scrum Teams within an agile development environment, supporting product development from ideation to production rollout, and driving planning sessions for Product Increment./liliCollaborate with the Product Owner and team members to craft a strong product roadmap, ensuring backlog and sprint goals are delivered, and driving the team towards self-empowerment./liliAct as an agile mentor/coach to team members, promoting agile values, principles, and practices./liliProactively identify impediments and resolve them using leadership skills, escalating to senior stakeholders as required./liliEnsure product delivery as a Senior Practitioner, utilizing Scaled Agile or Kanban methodologies./liliLead Scrum sessions for outcome-driven solutions and problem resolution./liliProvide timely and accurate project progress reporting to IT and business senior-level management stakeholders./liliOffer team members timely, constructive feedback to drive high performance and accountability for superior results and team engagement./li/ulpbRequirements/b/pulliBachelor's Degree or Honors in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences, or Equivalent, with 7+ years of experience, including 5 years as a Scrum Master or in a similar role./liliScrum Certified (CSM or PSM)./liliExcellent knowledge and understanding of delivering complex business and technology transformations as a Scrum Master./liliKnowledge of the end-to-end software development life cycle, from requirements to delivery and rollout, preferably on Azure DevOps using SCRUM methodology./liliDeep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles and practices./liliAbility to facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective./liliTraining, mentoring, and supporting Scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices./liliDetermining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items, and making this apparent to Project Stakeholders./liliPlanning and organizing reviews/demos and product/system testing./liliEnsuring team utilization for Functional, Non-Functional, and Architectural requirements./liliEnsuring projects are carried out through defined phases, fully complying with QR IT processes and procedures, with solutions meeting agreed requirements and business expectations, being maintainable, and meeting documented and agreed criteria./liliExcellent facilitation and coaching skills./liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal./liliExcellent knowledge and understanding of Business Processes and Knowledge on Airline, travel, ecommerce domains will be an added advantage./liliDomain knowledge of Corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Facilities/Transport, Procurement would be added advantage./li
