Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include market research, networking, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills
  • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and sales presentations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Previous experience in the IT Infrastructure domain is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
