The role requires 9+ years of F&B experience, expertise in central kitchen/store operations, SOPs, training, vendor negotiations, supply chain, food equipment, and menu innovation.Operational Leadership: Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Dlifrance locations and central kitchen(s) across India, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Central Kitchen/Store Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of central kitchen(s) and/or multiple store locations, ensuring adherence to Dlifrance global standards and local regulations.

SOP Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational aspects, including food preparation, service, hygiene, and safety.

Training & Development: Design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for operations staff at all levels, ensuring consistent service standards and operational efficiency.

Vendor Negotiation & Management: Strategically negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key vendors for food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other operational supplies to ensure favorable terms and quality.

Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring efficient sourcing, storage, and distribution of goods while minimizing costs and waste.

Food Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and repair of all food preparation and service equipment, ensuring operational readiness and cost-effectiveness.

Menu Innovation Support: Collaborate with the culinary team to provide operational insights and feasibility assessments for new menu items, ensuring smooth implementation across locations.
