Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Manager/Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts
with a strong background in
E-commerce and Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end finance operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and contribute to the financial health and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete accounting operations including bookkeeping, general ledger, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee marketplace reconciliations for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).
  • Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with accuracy and within deadlines.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports, financial statements, and business performance reviews.
  • Manage direct and indirect taxation including compliance and audits.
  • Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws.
  • Monitor and strengthen internal controls for financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in FMCG or E-commerce start-ups.
  • Strong exposure to direct and indirect taxation.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplace accounting & reconciliation.
  • Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, tax compliance, and statutory audits.
  • Proficiency in financial statements, MIS reporting, and accounting systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualification

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
