Role: Senior Executive (Conference Sales & Event Marketing)

Job Role:

  • We are looking for a Senior Executive (Conference Sales & Event Marketing) with at least 2 to 4 years similar work experience.
  • An ideal candidate will be someone who has worked with a Media House or Conferences/Awards Organizing company and has experience in Delegate Sales, Conference Marketing, Managing clients, awards and conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To Sell and Execute all Conferences, Forums, Awards, etc events in India and UAE.
  • Handle multiple DELEGATES, Accounts, Events by managing defined account deliverables within the set timelines.
  • Collect feedback and resolve client issues.
  • Engage with clients to grow the events / account to the next level.

Key Skills Set and Requirements

  • Any Graduate some one exp in to sales or MBA in Sales or Marketing with 2+ years of experience
  • Deep knowledge of delegate sales, sponsor and client management and conference and event promotion activities
  • Proficient with digital outreach to promote and acquire retail jewellers of India and Middle East
  • A team player, who has an eye for details, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A level-headed person and adept at multitasking, decision making and problem solving.
  • Quick response to deadlines and an eye for detail.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Office Suite.
