About the Role:

We are looking for an out-of-the-box thinker to deliver high-quality, research-based conference topics and commercially viable events. As a Conference Producer, you will curate conference programs, engage and manage speakers, and coordinate all aspects of event planning to ensure successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research industry trends and recommend innovative conference topics.
  • Conduct telephonic research with target markets to develop impactful agendas.
  • Communicate with industry leaders to validate topics, sub-themes, timing, and locations.
  • Source, engage, and onboard potential speakers for conferences.
  • Assist in shaping conference direction and themes through discussions with experts.
  • Gather industry intelligence to determine commercial viability and timing for events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
  • Provide professional service and ensure seamless execution from pre-event to post-event.

Requirements:

  • BMM Graduate or MBA in Marketing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content writing or related roles.
  • Keen interest in B2B sectors and learning industry trends.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
