Business Development Manager IT Staffing & Consulting
Location: Hyderabad (Day Shift – Domestic Market, US Exposure)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive Domestic IT Staffing growth, acquire new clients, and explore opportunities in Consulting and US IT Staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage direct IT clients (IT Services, GCCs, Product Companies).
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, Delivery Heads, HR & Procurement leaders.
- Drive Contract, C2H, Permanent & RPO staffing engagements.
- Collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment and SLA adherence.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver on revenue targets.
- Explore opportunities in US IT Staffing and offshore consulting projects (Cloud, AI, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity).
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years' experience in Business Development for Domestic IT Staffing.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong network of IT decision-makers in India.
- Knowledge of C2H, Contract, RPO, and Permanent staffing models.
- Understanding of IT skill trends (Cloud, AI, DevOps, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good-to-Have
- Exposure to US IT Staffing (H1B, W2, C2C).
- Experience in Consulting/Project-Based sales.
- Ability to upsell staffing clients into consulting engagements.
