Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably with knowledge of boilers and MIS reporting. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and sales process management in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B customers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Promote and sell boiler products and services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to clients.
Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports for management review.
Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in alignment with company goals.
Build long-term relationships with key customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, etc.) to fulfill customer needs.
Required Skills:
Proven track record in B2B industrial sales (preferably in boilers or similar mechanical products).
Good understanding of boiler systems and applications.
Proficient in MS Office and experience in maintaining MIS and sales reports.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Any relevant field.
MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
