They act as a key link between a business and its clients, focusing on growth by understanding needs and offering solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
  • Client Engagement: Conducting in-person or virtual meetings, presenting products, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process: Negotiating contracts, preparing quotes, handling inquiries, and closing sales to meet targets.
  • Account Management: Nurturing existing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Tracking sales activities, updating CRM systems, and reporting performance to management.
  • Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

  • Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales processes.

Qualifications (Vary by Role):
