Sales Executive

A Sales Executive drives revenue by finding new clients, selling products/services, and managing relationships, involving lead generation, presentations, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting targets, while maintaining customer satisfaction and reporting performance. They act as a key link between a business and its clients, focusing on growth by understanding needs and offering solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Conducting in-person or virtual meetings, presenting products, and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Process: Negotiating contracts, preparing quotes, handling inquiries, and closing sales to meet targets.
- Account Management: Nurturing existing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Reporting: Tracking sales activities, updating CRM systems, and reporting performance to management.
- Market Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales processes.
Qualifications (Vary by Role):
