Role Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative at Multifit. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, and will be adept at engaging with customers to drive sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers interested in Multifit's services.
  • Initiate and handle customer calls to provide comprehensive information about our services and offerings.
  • Engage with customers to understand their fitness needs and preferences.
  • Follow up with customers to provide additional information, address queries, and nurture leads.
  • Utilize persuasive communication techniques to convert leads into sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle and effectively guide customers through the purchasing process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and revenue generated.

Requirements:

  • Clear and persuasive communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Self-motivated and energetic individual with a passion for sales.
  • Basic knowledge of the sales cycle and 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Freshers with strong knowledge of sales concepts are encouraged to apply
  • Ability and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹30,000.00 per month
