Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in East Street, Camp Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying new sales opportunities. Additionally, the role includes preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of market research and lead generation techniques
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to prepare detailed sales reports and presentations
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
