Role Description
We're looking for a smart, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Executive who can handle the entire sales funnel — from calling leads to closing deals. records of all sales transactions and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
- Present our business opportunity clearly and convert prospects with a ₹198 enrollment system.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new enrollees and guide them through the system.
- Take consistent follow-ups and handle objections professionally.
- Coordinate with senior leaders for third-party closing calls when required.
- Manage the complete deal pipeline — from the first call to final confirmation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets with 100% commitment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales, telecalling, or inside sales (preferably in insurance, edtech, network marketing, or direct selling).
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (business/marketing preferred).
- Skills Required:
- Excellent Hindi, Marathi, and English communication.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up ability.
- Confident on calls and capable of handling objections.
- High discipline, ownership mindset, and self-motivation.
- Familiarity with basic CRM tools, Google Sheets, and online onboarding.
- Work Ethic: 100% result-driven attitude — you'll be expected to perform at your best daily.
- Location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune (Work from Office).
