Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Present company projects and offerings to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Arrange and conduct site visits with clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, client databases, and sales documentation.
  • Build long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal regulations.

  • Good command of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate experience preferred).
  • Freshers with strong communication and passion for sales may also be considered.

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Perks
