Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedBusiness Development Manager with expertise in Digital Transformation Technologies, including Data Analytics, AI Platforms, and Web Development Services. The role focuses on driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and managing international sales in industries such as Supply Chain/Logistics, Pharma/Healthcare, and Banking/Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Formulate strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Digital Transformation domain.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, acting as a trusted advisor for IT consulting and digital transformation solutions.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive consistent revenue growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets with a proven track record of high-value deals.
  • Sales Execution: Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions and align with organizational goals.
  • Negotiation: Lead high-value contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/IT (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT/Software business development, focusing on Digital Transformation and Web Development Services.
  • Revenue Generation History: Proven ability to deliver measurable revenue growth, supported by a verifiable record of successful deals and their impact on organizational growth.
  • International Sales: Expertise in global markets, with a strong network of CXO-level contacts and experience navigating diverse business environments.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of Supply Chain/Logistics, Pharma/Healthcare, and Banking/Finance verticals
