Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Manager - Sales & Business Development at Kerala Travels Interserve Ltd. The role is on-site and based in Trivandrum. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and leveraging analytical skills to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales strategies.

- Strong Sales Operations and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
