Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our interior design team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution, and enhancing customer satisfaction throughout the design and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients from project initiation to completion.
  • Understand client needs, design preferences, and expectations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with design, sales, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage client communications, feedback, and issue resolution effectively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure smooth progress and after-service support.
  • Monitor project timelines and update clients on milestones and developments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat and referral clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Support the sales team in client presentations and project handovers.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally and deliver a high level of service.
