In this role, you will connect with clients based on scheduled appointments to assist them with their investment needs and provide excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled meetings and calls with clients.
  • Provide customer service, including resolving queries and addressing concerns
  • Explain the pros and cons of different investment strategies clearly and simply
  • Help clients develop investment plans based on their short-term and long-term financial goals
  • Participate in campaigns to engage with potential and existing clients to drive business growth
  • Manage customer support tasks, documentation, and formalities for a smooth client onboarding and experience
