Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Gurgaon- Fully work from office
Shift: Night Shift/ US time zone
Mandatory skills: 2-4 yrs in Sales/BDE role within SAAS/Product based company
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 2-4 years of experience to help drive growth in the fast-paced AI industry. You'll work closely with the Marketing Head in the U.S., contributing directly to expanding our customer base and business success. This role offers great opportunities for career growth in a global, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Lead Generation: Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage potential clients and qualify leads.
- Discovery Conversations: Conduct insightful discussions to assess client needs and identify solutions.
- CRM Management: Track all activities, interactions, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and provide feedback on campaigns.
- Achieve KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals and targets.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably within a SAAS or product-based company.
- Strong fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (mandatory).
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- US client experience is MUST.
- Must be comfortable working in Night Shift/US time zone.
