Role Overview:

The Channel Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational workflows across all sales channels, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and retail partners while upholding the luxury standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:


• Multi-Channel Operational Oversight Ensure smooth daily operations across all retail, online, and partner channels by coordinating logistics, merchandising, and sales teams.


• Inventory & Stock Management Monitor and manage inventory flow across locations to maintain optimal stock levels and accurate inventory records.


• Order Fulfillment & Logistics Oversee order processing and delivery to ensure timely, accurate, and brand-compliant fulfillment for all channels.


• Channel Partner Coordination Serve as the key operations contact for multi-designer stores and retail partners, ensuring alignment with brand expectations.


• Retail SOP Implementation Implement and enforce standardized operating procedures across all retail points to ensure consistency and quality in operations.


• Data Reporting & Performance Analytics Generate regular channel performance reports and provide insights to support decision making and business planning.


• Technology & Systems Management Manage the integration and usage of inventory and order management systems to streamline operations and improve accuracy.


• Client Service Support Support high-value orders and client experiences by ensuring flawless operational execution for bespoke and time-sensitive deliveries.

Job Requirements:


• Postgraduate degree in Business Management (MBA preferred)


• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in retail store operations


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to handle cross-functional communication


• Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
