Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven PPC Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and maximizing ROI across multiple advertising platforms.

Roles and Resposibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to inform campaign strategies.
  • Write and optimize ad copy and creatives to maximize CTR and conversions.
  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to ensure optimal performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications preferred.
