About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic PPC Head to lead our Production Planning & Control function. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth production scheduling, material planning, and on-time delivery. We need a proactive leader who can guide, mentor, and manage the team effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with purchase, stores, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Optimize resource utilization and reduce production bottlenecks.
  • Maintain reports on production efficiency, material consumption, and order status.
  • Lead, train, and guide the team members effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, quality, and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma/Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years in Production Planning & Control in Manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and guiding ability.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience).
