What You'll Do

● Strategize, plan, and execute PPC (Paid Media) and SEO (Organic Growth) campaigns

● Continuously monitor, optimize, and scale performance-driven campaigns

● Build, hire, and lead a dedicated, high-performance marketing team

● Align marketing efforts with product, sales, and creative teams to achieve company-wide growth

● Drive measurable outcomes with clear KPIs and accountability

What We're Looking For

● 8+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in PPC and SEO

● A strong track record of scaling campaigns and delivering ROI

● Ability to structure, mentor, and lead a results-oriented team

● Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with strong growth mindset

● Entrepreneurial attitude, confident in working on a low fixed / high variable model

Compensation

● Fixed Salary: ₹1L – ₹2.5L per month

● Variable Earnings: Up to ₹10 Lakhs per month (directly linked to company growth )
