3.Build Customer Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders is crucial. The Head of Sales addresses customer needs, resolves issues, and fosters long-term partnerships.
5.Market Analysis: This role requires analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and risks. The Head of Sales uses this information to inform strategic decisions and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
