About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven PPC Manager to lead our paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with a strong track record in performance marketing, ROI optimization, and growth-driven advertising strategies. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on lead generation, brand reach, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performance PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Display, etc.).
  • Define and execute paid media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CTR, conversion rate, and quality score.
  • Manage ad copy creation, A/B testing, and landing page performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid media technologies.
  • Manage PPC budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns and channels.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 4–10 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Bing Ads.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable business results.
