We're looking for a PPC Manager / PPC Executive with strong experience in Google and Meta Ads campaigns, focused on maximizing campaign efficiency, conversions, and ROI.

Role Overview:

As a PPC Specialist (Coimbatore, On-site), you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our e-commerce and brand marketing goals.

You'll drive traffic, leads, and sales efficiently by ensuring optimal ad spend utilization and high campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for brand awareness and conversions.
  • Improve campaign efficiency metrics – CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
  • Conduct keyword research, create engaging ad copy, and run A/B testing.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Analyze data and prepare detailed campaign efficiency reports with insights.
  • Monitor budgets, bid strategies, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends and algorithm updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in PPC campaign management (Google & Meta).
  • Strong understanding of campaign efficiency metrics – CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS.
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
