Location: Chandigarh / Ludhiana

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our Transformer Division in Chandigarh. The role involves generating inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the complete sales cycle from inquiry to dispatch. This position is ideal for young professionals with technical knowledge of electrical systems who are eager to grow their career in transformer sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly visit the market to identify and generate new inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers, dealers, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for order closure, including price negotiations.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to order dispatch.
  • Support customers by providing product information and technical support where required.
  • Explore and develop new territories for expanding business opportunities.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies including promotions, expense planning, and projections.
  • Follow up with customers for timely payments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/marketing in the transformers, switchgear, or electrical industry.
  • Strong understanding of transformer products and applications.
  • Must own a two-wheeler vehicle and laptop for fieldwork.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
