We are currently expanding across India and are looking for a
dynamic Sales Manager
to lead partnerships with schools, drive growth, and build a strong sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand the company's presence in schools across India.
- Identify and onboard new schools for setting up
Robotics, Coding & AI Labs
. - Conduct meetings and presentations with school management, principals, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
- Build long-term relationships with school partners and maintain strong after-sales engagement.
- Represent the company at education conferences, exhibitions, and summits.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum
3–7 years of experience
in B2B or institutional sales (preferably in the
education, EdTech, or school solutions
sector). - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
