Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth in the region. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales.
- Strong understanding of the Chandigarh market and customer behavior
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
