About the Role – Senior Sales Leader
The Senior Sales Leader will spearhead the sales charter for Powerweave's integrated enterprise platform.
The role is responsible for driving revenue growth across
North American markets
, shaping the enterprise sales strategy, building a world-class sales engine, and strengthening Powerweave's presence across enterprise and mid-market segments.
Responsibilities
Sales Organization Development
- Build and structure the sales organization to align with business objectives.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, including product-aligned BDMs.
- Define and implement target setting, incentive plans, and performance frameworks.
Sales Process & Execution
- Develop and standardize the sales pitch process from PMF identification to closure.
- Partner with marketing on North America–focused lead-generation strategies.
- Oversee product demonstrations and ensure strong articulation of value propositions.
- Actively participate in key pitches and enterprise deal closures.
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
- Own annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue targets.
- Optimize pipeline strategy, conversion levers, and GTM execution.
- Drive performance reviews, productivity improvements, and corrective action plans.
Global Travel & Business Exposure
- Represent Powerweave in international markets; frequent travel expected.
- Ensure readiness for global travel with valid passport and visas.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of revenue targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).
- Sales hiring & onboarding metrics (time-to-hire, ramp-up, quota attainment).
- Lead-to-win conversion ratios.
- Customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion metrics.
- Improvements in sales playbooks, GTM alignment, and sales operations efficiency.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including 10+ years in senior leadership.
- Strong track record selling
enterprise cloud, eCommerce, ERP, or BPO solutions
—preferably in North America. - Proven experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Digital, and transformation leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex, multi-year enterprise deals.
- Experience in GTM planning, demand generation, and sales operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Mandatory experience in
US/North America
markets. - Willingness to relocate to Mumbai (on-site role).
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
- Self-driven, resilient, and highly adaptable to cross-border environments.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and enterprise sales systems.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
