- Assign and track sales targets for the telecalling team, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with potential leads generated by telecallers.
- Manage inquiries from Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate site visits and customer follow-ups.
- Provide regular feedback and coordinate customer experience on-site.
- Conduct daily MIS reporting to senior management.
- Train and mentor new joiners to align with company goals and targets.
- Stay updated on all real estate projects being marketed by the company.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with solution-oriented skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Target-driven, go-getter attitude.
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
